Today, in culinary, we had a hands-on kitchen test. I . . . I had another one of my episodes. Everyone ran over me while collecting ingredients and my work area was constantly messy. I over-cooked the onions, garlic, and shallots I was supposed to be sauteing and my julienne carrots weren't evenly cut and OHH i'm such a failure. I was a nervous wreck the entire time. My teacher said that my dish was "phenomenal" in taste, but I think she's lying just to make me feel better. OTL

Mint leaves smell so good though . . .





I lost my drawing mojo sorry guys. There's been other things occupying my time . . .
